Awesome service great communication. Nick kept in contact throughout the entire time my truck was in the possession of Robbies. The work was phenomenal and customer service was better. If your looking for an honest step back in time repair shop this is it. Since living in Florida , 18yrs. Now, I've bounced from repair shop to repair shop. Always being disappointed, having estimates being given and then not honored, Work not done properly and those outrageous dealership prices. I'm And old school person with some shade tree mechanic skills and when I walked into this shop, wow I knew these guys were true mechanics, not warmed over Jiffy lube, hires, nothing against jiffy lube. When you want mechanical work done, you want it done once Without having to return with problems ,problems. I had some go fast parts installed and some fluids changed out.I was shocked that they stuck to the estimate , I knew if I did the work how much time it was going to take and the difficulty involved. I know it took longer then they estimated it would and still they stuck to their estimate. Try that out at a dealership !
