Robbie's at your service has been our "go to" repair shop for over 12 years. Every vehicle we have owned. Recently, I had to bring in my 2014 Dodge Avenger. Purchased used, it went to Robbie's. Within 3 weeks, the check engine light was on. Problem detected & major repairs made. Weeks later, I had the car towed in. The shifter cable broke. Other things were also discovered that needed attention. Both visits to Robbie's put my Avenger back on the road. She's safe, mechanically sound & rides like a dream. I have been coming to Robbie's at your service since 2013. That is almost 10 years. I keep coming back and we'll continue to do so not only because they're very experienced mechanics but they actually care about their customers. They take the time to hear you out and let you explain what you've experienced with your car's problems and then the shop will give you options on how to correct your car property not just to eliminate problems you're already aware of but also those that may be underlying issues. Other mechanics or shops would charge you by the so-called book that they go by. That is only one more exception about Robbie and his shop that I feel I'm truly blessed with. They charge you by the time the effort and labor not by the book. Doing it this way it takes on a more personal loving care and affection that they use to take care of your car as if it was their own. Hence, customer tends to save a lot of money that way. In this day and age every penny counts which is why everyone and anyone that I know who has car problems, I will always suggest them to go to Robbie's at your service. The level of trust, confidence, and expertise, tends to have them work with high moral and ethical traits thereby the customer benefits in many many ways. As I said in the beginning, I have been coming here for well over 10 years and I will continue to do so. Everyone at Robbie’s was honest and helpful. I am new to the area and they will definitely be my regular mechanic. They changed my oil, gave me a full breakdown of replacing tire sensors, and replaced broken muffler clips. I love the report they send you with a breakdown of what needs attention on your vehicle. They are one of the best.
