They diagnose repairs that need to be done immediately (to keep my cars & drivers safe), and inform me as to what repairs will be coming up in the immediate future, so I can budget for them. Robbies at your service is the best auto repair center I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I Am the owner of a 2011 BMW 750i and had a few issues that needed attention. After some research on local repair shops I gave Robbies a call and they helped over the phone instantly and gave outstanding customer service. I decided to bring my car in and explained my issues and was told that I would get a call the next day with the inspection and estimate. To my surprise not only did I get a call but was also sent a text followed up by an email to see physical photos and all information regarding my car. The estimate for repairs was very reasonably priced compared to others I have ised in the past. The shop was Very, VERY clean and technicians very well educated and well mannered. Upon pick up of my vehicle I was treated just as I was a family member not just a customer. I have found a life long auto repair center and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs repairs to their vehicle repaired.

The whole team is very friendly and makes the process easy to understand and simple when it comes to my car needs. I have been with Robbies since I moved into the area , two years ago. I have been helped and guided many times and never felt as though there was pressure in projected maintenance. They have been extremely helpful in maintaining my automobile that at this time has 249,000 miles. With the support of their service, I feel my 2002 Lexus will be able to withstand at least another 100,000 miles.
